Laser & Electrolysis Studio was founded in 1971 by industry pioneer Cheryl Piquard. In 2017, ownership transitioned to Sascha Asghari, who had been personally trained and mentored by Cheryl since 2016. This mentorship ensured that Cheryl’s legacy of compassion, integrity, and excellence in care continued seamlessly under Sascha’s leadership.
Sascha’s passion lies in helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin. She finds joy in supporting clients on their journey to freedom from unwanted hair.
Before moving to Austin in 2005, Sascha worked in a cosmetic clinic that offered injectables, tattoo removal, spider and varicose vein treatments, and laser hair removal. This early exposure sparked her interest in the field of aesthetics and hair removal.
Sascha is a graduate of Texas State University and spent six years working in technology at Apple Inc., where she developed a deep appreciation for quality and precision. In returning to the hair removal industry, she fulfilled her goal of owning a business focused on client care and results.
